Rups Upmarket Apartments Project Underway

After Rups Investment Limited invested in a warehouse on Ratu Kadavulevu Rd, off Laucala Bay Road, Suva, it has now ventured into more upmarket apartments.

The project contractor Concrete Solutions (Fiji) Limited is building in the same vicinity as the Rups New warehouse.

A source close to the project said it was a stage based development.

Further adding that there would be four wings by four storey apartments with three bedrooms each. Altogether there will be 16 apartments in one building.

By June next year the project is expected to be completed. It is understood the second phase is still in its early stages of planning.
